Susan believes that hard work pays off. She should know, she began her career in public accounting as a part-time staff accountant, worked her way up to tax manager, and started her own company in 2011. She’s taught part-time at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree. This journey has developed a passion for identifying and solving problems for her clients.
Listening to the needs of business people, and developing relationships with individuals and small businesses. She is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the local YMCA Board of Directors. She volunteers with small businesses and has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit income tax returns, prepared financial statements, payroll tax reports, and consulting, + a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
Susan’s passion as a CPA and a business owner is to promote small businesses, encourage the small business owners, develop accounting and communication skills, and promote her hometown firm as a group of talented and ethical professionals.
